Meet The Owner
Frank Goldsborough, Jr.
I grew up in Southern Maryland, very near to Rock Point, Maryland—hence the name of my business. In 1988, I moved to West Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University. Since then, I’ve built a career focused on supporting small businesses and independent professionals.
With my experience in accounting, financial management, forecasting, and operations, I understand the unique challenges small business owners and independent contractors face when managing their finances. I have worked with a variety of organizations, from simple to complex, where I’ve managed budgets, conducted detailed financial reporting, and provided practical, results-driven guidance.

As a Business Coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of small business owners, facilitating millions in funding access, and leading workshops to empower entrepreneurs with essential financial skills. For Morgantown, WV Clients: If you’re located in Morgantown area and prefer an in-person meeting, give us a call. We’re happy to arrange a meeting to suit your needs.
